CURTIS J. BOWMAN DDS

Chairman of the Board, Chief Surgical Officer

Dr. Bowman began his private practice in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2004, and has been located in north central Oklahoma for his entire career. He specializes in treatment of both children and adults.

Dr. Bowman completed his dental school education at the University of Detroit-Mercy in 1998. Immediately after graduating from dental school at the top of his class, he began his surgical training. He trained at a variety of institutions including the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (www.pennmedicine.org), the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (www.chop.edu), and the University of Oklahoma Healthy Sciences Center (www.ouhsc.edu), functioning as Chief Resident from June 2003 to July 2004. His broad training background at some of the world’s most highly regarded institutions has made him uniquely qualified to treat the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery services.

Dr. Bowman received his board certification from the National Dental Board of Anesthesia in 2005 and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2006. He remains to only Board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in northern and northwest Oklahoma. He regularly participates in continuing education nationally and internationally both as a lecturer and participant.

Dr. Bowman has served as president of the Oklahoma State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and associated clinical professor at University of Oklahoma Medical Center. He is also a past board member of the Oklahoma State Board of Dentistry.

Dr. Bowman practices the full scope of his specialty and maintains privileges at several peer-reviewed hospitals.

JAMES BAKER DDS

Chairman Emeritus

Dr. James A. Baker has been providing excellent care to patients throughout our community for more than 40 years.

Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1981, he is an active member and leader of numerous professional organizations.Area dentists and orthodontists frequently refer their patients and loved ones to him as a trusted physician. He has been in private practice in Oklahoma City since 1979. In 2004 he founded OKC-OMS to ensure his patients were provided the ultimate oral surgery experience they deserve.  He remains a vital part of the OKC-OMS family and performs a wide range of procedures on a daily basis.  His work includes treating patients with facial trauma, correcting jaw misalignment that affects functionality and facial aesthetics, TMJ disorders/pain, removing impacted and damaged teeth, placing dental implants and bone grafting and site preparation for implant placement.   His experience and training enable him to address even the most challenging and complex needs.

Dr. Bowman practices the full scope of his specialty and maintains privileges at several peer-reviewed hospitals.

M. Edmund Braly DDS

Residency and DDS: University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Completed residency in 1980 and is Board Certified. Serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at OU College of Dentistry.

Dr. Braly is a member of the American College of Dentistry, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesia.

Dr. Braly is currently Vice President of the Oklahoma Dental Association and has served as Secretary/Treasurer.

Dr. Braly is a Physician Surveyor for AAAHC and has been appointed to serve as the Committee on Office Based Surgery by the Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia.

PATRICK WALLACE DDS

Dr. Patrick Wallace was raised in Oklahoma. He attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry in 1986.

After earning his DDS degree in 1990, Dr. Wallace completed an Oral and Maxillofacial residency at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in 1994 and has been in private practice since.

PAUL HARTMANN DDS

Dr. Hartmann graduated with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Washington and Lee University in 1974.

He attended the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry, graduating in l98l with the Award for Excellence in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.He completed his surgical internship and residency training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio (1981-1985). He began his private practice in Williamsburg in 1985 and achieved his diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1986. He is an associate clinical professor at the Medical College of Virginia, where he teaches on a part-time basis.

Dr. Hartmann is a past president of the Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as, past president of the Peninsula Dental Society and past president of the MCV Alumni Association, Dental School Division. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as, a member of the Williamsburg / James City County Medical Society. He is an active member of the Medical Staff in the Department of Surgery at Williamsburg Sentara Regional Medical Center and is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Hartmann has served on advisory boards and executive boards for both Williamsburg Sentara Regional Medical Center and Riverside Hospital’s Williamsburg Doctors Hospital. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Williamsburg Doctors Hospital. He has extensive experience in many facets of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery through more than 25 years of private practice and his teaching appointment at the Medical College of Virginia.

Dr. Hartmann and his wife, Barbara, an interior designer, enjoy sports, travel and their many friends in this wonderful community of Williamsburg. They have three grown children.

Tina Nava has been with the firm for over 15 years and oversees all HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Retirement Plan administration for the firm as well as for all practices in the OMSP network. She has her HR certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is currently pursuing the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®) accreditation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, gardening, and pursing creative interests.

Vice President & Chief Revenue Cycle Officer

Stephanie Boles serves as the Vice President & Chief Revenue Cycle Officer. She has over 20 years of experience in the billing and collections field. She oversees all aspects of the revenue cycle, including but not limited to, billing, collections, credentialing, accounts receivables and coding. She graduated from The University of Louisiana of Monroe with a Bachelor of Science.

Stephanie was born and raised in San Diego, CA before going to college in Louisiana on a softball scholarship. She still enjoys playing and coaching softball when not working. She has been with OMS Partners since 2007.

WILLIAM MITCHEL

Financial Reporting/Controller

William Mitchell is the Controller for OMSP. His responsibilities include preparing financial statements, on-boarding clients, and making sure all entities remain tax compliant. William holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Tulane University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

William was born and raised in South Florida but moved to New Orleans to attend college. After graduating he remained in the Crescent City and worked in auditing and medical billing. Once he received his job offer from OMSP, he was Houston bound! He has been with OMSP since 2014 and is a shareholder of the firm.

When not working, William enjoys rooting for the Texans and the Astros, attending estate sales, and discovering the newest Houston hotspots and chatting with locals.

MIRIAM BEASLEY

Cash Management Representative

Miriam Beasley, a native of Argentina and a naturalized U.S. citizen, earned a graduate degree in Accounting at the University of Buenos Aires, with the title of Certified Public Accountant.

She has over twenty years of experience in various areas of accounting, and since 2014 has been working for the Cash Management Team of OMS Partners.

Miriam is the proud mother of two phenomenal children and has two beautiful grandchildren.

Bridget Weatherford started with OMS Partners in August of 2023 as a Payroll Administrator. She earned her BA in Management & Economics from Houston Baptist University. Previously she worked over 30 years as a full charge bookkeeper for a family-owned business. Bridget is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys hiking and back-packing in the mountains. She is also an avid runner, plays tennis, enjoys reading, and loves attending music concerts.

Erica Gabino has been with the firm since 2010. Initially she was an Accounts Payable Specialist. She processed and paid invoices daily, managed vendors, corresponded with clients, and assisted in putting together financials. After several years she was promoted to Payroll Administrator. She processes payroll for clients, researches discrepancies, and ensures that clients adhere to regulatory guidelines. When she is not in the office, she enjoys going to sporting events and camping.

JUDY BARTLETT

Benefits Administrator

Judy Bartlett has been with the firm since 2010. She is responsible for handling employee benefits enrollments, cancellations, and reconciliation of records. She acts as the liaison between practices, third-party administrators, and insurance brokers. She investigates and resolves a wide range of routine benefits issues. Prior to her current role, she previously worked with our Cash Management team. When not working, she enjoys family time, traveling, growing sunflowers, and baseball.

Nicholas Gomez served as an intern with OMS Partners during the Summer of 2023 before being hired on full time. He graduated from San Jacinto College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Business. He currently attends the University of Houston-Downtown so he can obtain his Accounting Degree and then sit for the CPA Exam. At OMS Partners his responsibilities include general accounting work, calculating patient refunds, and updating insurance policies and unclaimed property for our clients. Outside of work he is an avid softball player and plays every week. He also loves attending concerts.

Cristina is currently serving as a Staff Accountant with the OMS Partners. She graduated from The University of Houston with a BBA in Finance. She later realized accounting was more of her passion, so she started her career in accounting with a small construction company and later transitioned to a corporate role. She brings to the firm over 4 years of client service and accounting experience. Cristina enjoys extreme sports such as mountain biking, soccer, obstacle races, going to the gym, swimming and fishing. She is a native Houstonian who enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling and finding new parks.

ZEKE SILVA

Accounts Payable Representative

Zeke Silva has been with OMS Partners since 2013. He started in Accounts Receivables but transitioned over to Accounts Payables. He processes and monitors expenses, make sure invoices are paid in an efficient and timely manner, and reconciles credit cards. He also provides administrative support to senior financial officers as needed. In his spare time he enjoys playing volleyball and riding his bike when weather permits it.

Regina Pierre has been with the firm since 2006. She is responsible for the day-to-day processing of payment cycle activities and verifying and reconciling invoices for practices in our network. When not working, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and dancing.

Miranda Nava is a native Houstonian and has been with the firm since 2019. She is an Accounts Payable Specialist.

When she is not working she enjoys travelling. She is also a lover of animals and is the proud mother of a wolf and a squirrel.

Head of Information Technology

Erin has been managing the IT department for nearly 14 years. From the mighty to the mundane, she conquers all aspects of technology. Erin has a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and is Microsoft certified. When she isn’t building servers she enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren.

Chris Corrigan is an IT Support Specialist at OMS Partners. He was born and raised in Houston, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technology Management. Chris joined OMS Partners in the Summer of 2022. He provides IT support services for in-office employees as well as practice clientele. In his time outside of the office, Chris enjoys cheering on Houston sports teams, traveling, live music, and spending time with his dog, Dutch.

ALI MONSALVO

Information Technology Project Manager

Ali Monsalvo has been with the firm for over twenty years and manages the software development team to keep our cloud-based OnlineMedSys applications running reliably with regular updates and enhancements. She also provides tech support, IT purchasing, project coordination with local vendors, and software training for our OMS practices. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and a Masters of Public Health dual degree in Health Promotion and Health Administration from the University of Oklahoma. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, beaches and spending time with family.
